SUPPORTIVE SURFING NDIS
AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT FUNDED LESSONS

SalTy Souls Legacy: Working with vulnerable kids and teenagers, this is our main surf therapy program. North Caloundra Surf School provides this organisation with the access to our surf lessons, utilising our qualified coaches and Sunshine Coast Council beach permits. To find out more about this program please visit SalTySoulsLegacy.org

NDIS – National Disability Insurance Scheme: All of our surf lessons are supported by NDIS, a specialised Australian government funding scheme for anyone with an eligible disability. Talk to your plan manager about formulating an agreement with us so that NDIS funding can be used for our therapeutic surfing lessons. More information on the NDIS website.

FairPlay Government Vouchers: The Australian Government provides FairPlay vouchers for children in need of funded leisure. We have had many participants make the most of this amazing benefit. Enquire within, or visit the FairPlay website.

Women on the Waves: An all ladies surf program. Although this particular program is not specifically government funded, we have had many referrals from others to this program for therapeutic reasons. It is a highly discounted option for those women that would prefer this type of safe, fun and relaxing environment. You can also use your NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) government funding for this program. More information on our Women on the Waves page.
